Stage 01

Design & Planning

  • Structural calculations are prepared and submitted to the client for approval.
  • IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings are prepared and submitted for approval.
  • Fabrication drawings are issued for production.
  • The production schedule is prepared and planned accordingly.

Stage 02

Mould & Formwork Preparation

  • The casting table is marked out as per the fabrication drawing.
  • Side shutters are secured in position by welding along the marked lines.
  • Reinforcement cages are prepared as per the BBS and reinforcement drawings.

Stage 03

Cage Placing & Fixing Embeds

  • The reinforcement cage is placed in the mould, with spacers to maintain the required concrete cover.
  • Embedded items — lifting hooks, grouting sleeves and MEP openings — are installed in accordance with the fabrication drawings.

Stage 04

Concrete Mixing & Pouring

  • Concrete is batched in accordance with the approved mix design.
  • It is discharged into buckets and transported to the production yard.
  • The concrete is placed into the moulds and compacted using vibrators for proper consolidation.

Stage 05

Curing

  • Cast elements are transferred to the stockyard for controlled curing.
  • Curing continues until each element reaches its required strength and durability.

Stage 06

Deshuttering, Repairs & Finishing

  • The element is deshuttered once it achieves the required stripping strength.
  • Any damage during stripping is repaired with approved repair mortars.
  • Final finishing is carried out in accordance with the approved mock-up sample.
Quality control inspection and lab testing
Stage 07

Quality Inspection

  • The QC inspector conducts a post-pour inspection in accordance with the fabrication drawings.
  • Dimensional checks and finishing inspections are carried out and recorded.
Finished precast elements loaded for delivery
Stage 08

Final Acceptance & Delivery

  • Upon final approval from the Quality team, elements are cleared for dispatch.
  • Each element is delivered to site with proper packing and specialised transport.
  • Skilled installation teams place every element safely and on schedule.
